Overview
We have extensive experience across the ‘deal map’ in the UK, Europe and North America acting as Lenders Technical Advisor, SPV Technical Advisor, and/or providing technical analysis, opinion and advice on elements such as contracts, construction, cost, operations and maintenance, payment mechanism, permits and consents to Sponsors, Bidding SPV’s or Lenders and Investors.
We were asked to prepare a Due Diligence Report in relation to the refinancing of an existing road concession in the UK. We considered the financial and contractual performance to date and commented on the technical and commercial feasibility of taking on the concession by the client.
The client was presented with a clear, unambiguous, plain language, and high quality technical Report, outlining the current position, and the risks associated with technical, financial and operational performance of the concession relating to the Contract. Our Report enabled the client to make a quicker decision about the feasibility of refinancing the concession.
