We have developed a business model and vision for Fitzpatrick Advisory which allows us to apply all that experience and expertise in the UK at an exciting time for our industry, and without the costs typically associated with this level of capability, and industry experience.
Fitzpatrick Advisory is a new, independent, advisory practice dedicated to helping infrastructure clients meet and overcome their business challenges in the most effective and efficient way possible. We have created our business because we are all like-minded, experienced experts, passionate about helping our clients succeed through the quality of our service and advice.
Our clients are working in an increasingly dynamic environment, where management, technical, or technology related consulting skills converge, where change is a constant, and where risk, cost and safety influences need to be fully understood, considered, articulated, and managed appropriately, throughout the life cycle of the project.
This convergence means clients are thinking differently about how they do things, and about how they assure delivery. We are able to call upon ‘core’ skills and services, but Fitzpatrick Advisory also brings together those management consulting, technical, and commercial skills and expertise which would typically be deployed separately, and more expensively.
